Department of Orthopaedic Surgery
Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is well equipped with
advanced medical apparatus like surgical navigation system
(US), arthroscope, ultrasound knife, microscope, C-arm X ray
system (German), bone dynamical system. Led by Prof. Zhang
Guoping, the department provides diagnosis and treatment
services to patients suffering thoracic and lumbar disc
protrusion, cervical spondylosis, femoral head necrosis,
spine and bone tumors, bone and joints injury, the injury of
vascular nerve in extremities, rectification of congenital
abnormality, microsurgery and cineplastic surgery.
Especially the infection focus curettement of femoral head
aseptic necrosis gets a significant effect in the early
stage under the location of navigation system. . Some
internal advanced techniques have been performed too in the
department, such as pedicle skin flap vasotransplantation in
intermediate stage, hip replacement in advanced stage, the
diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic injury of knee
joint, fracture dislocation of spine and tumors under the
arthroscope.
